Some of my favorite uses:


  • Mint: use for home brew tea or a side dish like mushy peas!

  • Thyme: Chicken, Beef, Pork, Bone Broth...so many uses!

  • Rosemary: Chicken, Beef, Pork, Fish...basically what can't you use it with!

  • Cilantro: Chimichurri anyone!

  • Basil: Homemade sauce galore!!
