Omelette Oh My - this ones hubby approved!

An omelette that will get the whole family talking and enjoying the wonders of breakfast!


Both delicious and nourishing - this is sure to become a weekly add in to that breakfast line up!

Ingredients:


  • Eggs: 3 egg

  • Full Fat Cream: 1/4 cup

  • Green Onion:1/4 cup chopped

  • Onions: 1/3 cup chopped

  • Bacon: 1/3 cup chopped

  • Shredded Cheese: 1/4 cup (optional)

  • Garlic: 1 clove minced

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Steps:



  1. Start by chopping onions and bacon, once fully chopped place off to the side

  2. Begin to mince garlic into a small bowl and place off to the side

  3. Place pan onto the stovetop and turn heat up to medium high, add in bacon and begin to cook until crisp.

  4. Once the bacon begins to crisp, add in the onions and sweat until translucent.

  5. Take bacon and onion combo out of the pan and place to the side.

  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic until fully combined.

  7. Place a different pan onto your stovetop and coat the bottom generously with either bacon grease or olive oil. Turn heat to medium.

  8. Pour egg mixture into the pan and allow it to cook, making sure to lift the sides to make sure egg mixture does not stick to pan.

  9. Once bottom of omelette begins to brown, place onion, bacon, and shredded cheese into the inside of omelette. Once ready begin to fold one side of the omelette over the other, cook briefly then flip and cook the other side.

  10. Once golden brown, take omelette out of pan and place onto plate. Garnish with chives more cheese and any other additions you like.

  11. Sit down and enjoy!
