Main Training Series - Bands Addition

Today we will be focusing on the muscles utilized within our posterior movements. A very important group of muscles that are utilized daily for movement - from picking up a box to pulling something towards you.

Understanding the joint actions and muscles used is in integral part of correct movement and muscle allocation - something we should always be aware of because of how important it is in our lives!

So grab a band, turn up the tunes, and let's get to work!
