Enchilada Sauce Recipe - Hot Peppers: Jalapeno or Poblano (2) - Bell Pepper (1) - Tomatoes (4) - Garlic (1/2 bulb) - Onion (1) - Salt (to taste) - Pepper (to taste) Steps: 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees 2. Apply Extra Virgin Olive Oil to pan (just enough to coat it) 3. Cut peppers and tomatoes in half and place on a sheet - place face down to allow blistering 4. Cut onions into 8th and place on baking sheet 5. Break garlic apart and place on baking sheet (note you can keep garlic in sleeves while they bake) 6. Place all items into the oven and bake until tomato skins begin to blister - as you wait periodically turn peppers, bell pepper, and onions over to ensure both sides get charred. 7. Once tomato skins are blistered, take pans out of the oven and let cool 8. Once cooled, place all items into a blender - at this time you can squeeze garlic out of its sleeves. 9. Blend on high until fully blended together - add salt and pepper to taste as it blends. 10. Scoop out of the blender and enjoy your homemade Enchilada Sauce!
