Alright KIN, let's get that body moving this morning with a full body sweatout workout! Check out end slides for joint & muscle utilization breakdown - main joint movements we will be focusing on today will be Hip Flexion & Extension, Scapular Retraction, Protraction, & Rotation, Spinal Extensors, and Shoulder Flexion. With emphasis on Hamstrings, Quads, Hip Flexor Complex, Rhomboids, Traps, & Serratus!

So grab those weights, bands, and turn up that music because it's time to get training!
