Battle Rope Quick Tabata - Full Body Training!

Need a quick workout that will get the heart pumping, body moving, and good vibes flowing? Just grab those ropes, turn up those tunes (I recommend song below), and let's get that body to work! Battle Ropes are one of my ultimate go to equipments when I am looking to combine endurance and power training together - a great variation to add into your training routine for both joint movement and muscle activation!


Looking for a real challenge - play your favorite song and don't stop battling with those ropes till it ends!
